Jumping Cars

By Sam Heisin at 07/09/08 23:47

Yesterday I was able to watch James McAvoy, Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman's movie, Wanted. My God, it was an incredible film! The stunts are heart pounding and breath taking! I especially love their car chases.

There were a couple of car scenes in the movie and I kinda like the one that the protagonist, Wesley Gibson as played by McAvoy, had to kill a person in a bullet proof limousine. There's no way he can kill the person in a parallel position and the only way he can do that is to make the car jumped over the car and hit him directly from the car roof window.

This is the scene, you have to watch this, this is insane! Love it!

My friends who were with me at that time were all stunned by this scene. It's just wow. I know there are other stunts form other movies who are by far better and more thrilling than that, but counting the the films good sides will at least make it a draw.

They also used good cars in the duration of the film. Angelina Jolie in one scene was driving a red Dodge Viper while being chased by Cross, Wesley's father. For another round, they made the car jump stunt. And they did it on a red Dodge Viper! There's also a scene where Angelina Jolie had to make her car jump onto a train, unfortunately, that caused the train to be derailed and eventually fall in the deep part of the earth. I wonder what happened to the innocent civilians. Haha, you know, main characters will always live even how deadly the scenes were, but civilians most of the time dies.

It's also the first film where Google have major occurrences. Haha. You have to watch it so you'll know.

It was a good film and I recommend it to everybody, but I'm warning you, the film is bloody. It's packed with full action stunts and bloody scenes, with a lot of brutality.
