I have always been a big fan of the Need For Speed games. To those of you who don't know what I am talking about, let me tell you a little bit about these games. Remember back in the day when the hit movie, "The Fast and the Furious", came out? Everybody watched that movie. Well after people watched the movie they wanted to live the life and have the cars of characters in the movie. They wanted to drive around these pimped out tuner cars.
The closest thing a lot of of us could get to these cars is a video game. That's when Need for Speed came out for the Playstation 2. As soon as the game hit the shelves I bought one. I loved the game. EA Sports, the makers of the game, didn't stop with just one. They made more racing games under the Need For Speed franchise.
Every time they came out with a new game for Need For Speed I went out and got it. I liked how I could have all these cars and I could modify them to look exactly how I wanted them to look. What I loved most about the game was the 2 player gameplay. I loved challenging my friends to race against my cars. That was the main reason to why I always bought the new games. A few months ago I retired my Playstation 2 and bought an XBox 360. So unfortunately I had to buy all new games too. Then yesterday a friend mentioned that he remembers always beating me in racing on Need For Speed. I had to go to the store and buy the game for my XBox. The only copy the store had was Need For Speed Undercover. I bought it. I was so excited to go home and anialate him on the track! When I get home and put the game in I quickly find out that the game is ONLY 1 player! WHAT? Why would they do that? So I wasted my money on a game that I have to play alone! All of the other Need For Speed games were 2 player. Why would they change it?
