I have spent the majority of the last two weeks enjoying beautiful weather and riding my motorcycle. Why is this newsworthy? It may not be news to many, but to those of us who spent countless hours with a rag and polish, it may come as a revelation.
To spend the time riding instead of cleaning was a major breakthrough. I will never again have to waste time cleaning with the wrong tools and will have lots more time to enjoy my bike.
I recently attended a bike rally, where there were several groups of riders from other clubs. As I walked around meeting new people, I noticed one fellow take a bit of time to make some touch ups to his motorcycle.
Along with a water hose that was lying there for everyone to use to get rid of road grime, he pulled out an Air Force Blaster Sidekick from his saddle bag and used it to remove all the little water droplets from the small crevices! Eureka!
Now, I don't mind a little elbow grease, but this puppy was simply amazing! It blew that water right off of that bike and left nothing but a shine. Do you know how hard it is to get in all those little engine cracks and crevices with a rag?
He went on to explain that he had a larger unit at home with an 8 HP motor dual fan switch, because he owns three bikes and wanted something fast, powerful and effective for cleaning his bikes.
He said he even uses the big one to clean his car engine and underneath where the drivetrain is before he takes his car to car shows. The water spots are just GONE.
I was so amazed, I checked out these motorcycle air dryers for myself and make the decision to purchase the middle powered selection of dryers which has a four HP motor. It is a super addition to my rack of cleaning implements. Actually, it pretty much is the entire arsenal right now as I use it for so many things.
My son actually asked if he could borrow it to clean his car since the nozzle worked so much better at getting into his wheel spokes on his rims. He actually has an automotive vacuum that he uses on the interior of his car made by the same company; Metro Data Vac. He swears by this new little toy and tells all of his friends at the car club about the great new tool his mom found.
So, the moral of the story is that not only do I get to enjoy my bike much more, but I even scored with my son, since I am always wrong and he is always right. I got to be right for a change! Thanks to the makers of this fine product as you have changed my entire schedule and I enjoy my shiny ride with way less effort.
