I have learned about this product since I was in grade school but only paid attention when I was in college. And last night while watching a late night program, all the good memories of having it in my father's car came back. And I am recommending it to all. Last time I posted about Filipino scientist developing green fuel from algae and the inventor of the first water car in 1978, Daniel Dingel. Now I'm giving you another Filipino who aims to cut your fuel consumption more than any other product available.

For more than 30 years, many Filipinos and foreigners have been fascinated by how a small gadget can cut almost 30 to 40% of your fuel consumption. This is the Khaos Super Turbo Charger or known as KSTC that was invented by a Filipino named Pablo Planas. It started in 1970, with just a small gadget to be mounted on your car engine hose where the fuel flows. Its main function is to conserve fuel as much as possible.

It is considered as an air regulating device. It right amount of air needed for proper ratio of air and gasoline. It is this function that helps user cut the fuel used by your cars.

Though previous regime failed to support the product, again due to the pressures of the law concerning IMF and the World Bank, the current administration stated to help Pablo Planas in spreading the use of his invention. Actually, the product managed to be use in nearby countries and is now gaining popularity such as Taiwan and Australia.

One of the largest automakers in the United States have also offered Pablo Planas a whopping $10 million for the rights of the blueprint but he turned the offer down. Its his dream that his invention will be use by Filipinos first hand. He said once it is already owned by foreign firms, it will be hard for Filipinos to afford the technology because they will priced it at enormous figure.
