I had fun watching and listening to a song made by a British band for the last week. It's a song that revolves around a JCB Digger, a tractor that is used in farms and construction sites and about the movies the singer has with his father. I somehow can relate to the meaning of the song. The singer is the duo band Nizlopi. The song's title is JCB, in reference with the yellow tractor digger that the singer and his father used to ride and drove in the highway called The Bypass. And the song was sung in the perspective of a 5 year old boy! Great idea. Considering that the singer is dyslexic adds more to the greatness of the song. Watch it and I know you will love it too.
I love it simply because I also have memories those he had. We had a farm and when I was young, my father used to have me along with him whenever he roams the farm. Aside from the tractor and the digger, my father would also have me accompany him in the golf caddy car. It was such a good memory.
At the moment, my father and I have a little gap and we do really talk as how we used to in the past years. I'm doing my best to have him back again, and been trying to be the son he came to know.
My father still drives but not his tractor and diggers anymore. He had a couple of vintage cars in his garage but usually used his Ford F150, he really love trucks, pickups and big vehicles. I missed those digger and tractor rides. One day, I'll come back to the farm and drive the tractor with my father as the passenger.
