In 1992, when McLaren Automotive decided to create the McLaren, the world already new the car will make history. And it just happened. When 1994 comes, the McLaren F1 became the fastest car in the world.Not only did McLaren becmae the fastest in the world that time, it also held the title for the longest time from 1994 to 2005 of which only three cars has surpassed its speed, the Koenigsegg CCR, Bugatti Veyron and the SSC Ultimate Aero TT. However, the McLaren F1 still maintains the title of the fastest naturally-aspirated car in the world. This means all of the three cars that is faster than the McLaren either has a turbocharger or a supercharger.
