can anyone please tell me for sure where i can buy a tail light lens for a 1979 ford fairmont. my fingers are tired from searching. this is my only means of transportaion. need help
I did some searching on the internet for a tail light lens for your 1979 Ford Fairmont.. I could not find anything to help you.
But what you could do is go to your local Ford Dealership and ask if they can order it for you. They would be able to locate parts for any Ford models.
You'll not have any luck at the Ford dealers on just about any parts you may need for these cars. They are considered NLA(no longer available)and show up on the parts system as obsolete. Your best bet is to start hitting every salvage yard you can think of and buy anything you may need now or in the future if you plan on keeping this vehicle for any length of time. Good luck.
