Little Things Matter

Today was the scheduled appointment to get my oh so wonderful oil changed, and something interesting and quite pleasant happened. I have been going to the same dealership to get my scheduled maintenance done for the past 3 years and I pay the same amount ($25.89) every time.  Don't get me wrong, the price is not bad and they always do a great job! They are very fast and efficient.
