When the first Super Snake package was released in 2007, it has been widely use in the world of car modifications and gas created a great look especially for muscle cars. The new 2010 Super Snake is crucial to enhance the performance and style of the revised 2010 Ford Mustang.
The 2010 Super Snake package was unveiled at Carroll Shelby’s Las Vegas-based Shelby Autos facility and it boasts of parts from Ford Racing including a supercharger. The package is also making history to its line as it is now capable of giving 725 horsepower.
According to Amy Boylan, president of Shelby Automobiles, in a statement released by the company, “While the stock GT500 is a fine car, serious enthusiasts know that they can come to us to make their Shelby even better. For those who crave a harder edged Shelby, this is your car.”
2010 Super Snake package conversions will begin next month on theirLas Vegas shop or on one of the Shelby's Mod Shops across the United States.
The new Super Snake package comes with a Ford Racing handling pack along with adjustable dampers. It also has lowering springs, special stabilizer bars and a strut tower brace. It also comes with a standard Ford Racing supercharger, a Borla exhaust, a six-speed shifter, Shelby-designed fiberglass hood and a lot more of Shelby's design marks. This includes the huge 20-inch alloy wheels.
The new package will add a whopping $33,495 to the price of the standard Ford Shelby GT500. It will also be automatically part of the Shelby Listings.
