Ford Motor Company finally made a decision that may help them back to the line of profitability. Ford sued the Internal Revenue Services for a whopping amount of $445M. The case is said to have been due to the unpaid refunds to Ford. According to Ford, Internal Revenue Services owes them the interest on overpayments in 1983 to 1989 and 1992 to 1994. However, the IRS said in a report that they have already paid Ford the interest of overpayments, of which Ford has strongly denied.
