What year, make, model, options package and color of car did you buy?
I bought a 2002 Dodge Durango SLT. It is Graphite and I love it.
Did you know before you went in that you were going to buy this type of car?
No. I actually thgouth about a Dodge Nitro. After I drove both Randy pointed out some things I about the Durango that made that a better choice.
How much research did you do prior to going in, and how did you do your research?
I thought about it for several months and talked to mechanics and looked online to see what other had experienced from Durango and Jeeps and read all the reviews I could on the Nitro.
How did the reputation of the car affect your decision? (Maybe you knew it was reliable, fast, flashy, economical or that you knew someone who had this same kind of car.)
It made a lot of difference. All of the vehicles I was considering I was confident in. I still have a 1991 Jeep Cherokee with 247,000 miles that is running strong. I am confident in the Durango also.
How did the salesperson show you respect or disrespect in the buying process?
He listened and tried to help me make the decision that would best fit me not just what he wanted to see that day.
How much did you know about the value of this exact vehicle before you purchased it?
I had an idea of its value.
After the sale, did you still feel that you paid a fair price considering the condition of the car?
Yes.
What experiences did you have with the dealership after the sale?
I have gone to the service dept with questions and found them to all be helpful. I worked specifically with George and Richard Siddall the service manager and they are very helpful.
