In a little less than a month, we are all going to witness another movie from director Paul Anderson. This time it will star The Transporter, Jason Statham. The film is Death Race, a remake of the 1957 film Death Race 2000.

This is another movie that will feature a lot of cars with futuristic concepts. If you think you've had enough of the cars that can split and be reformed in Transformers, well you have to watch this movie so you'll know Bumblebee and his comrades are not the only ones who can do that.

The film will feature extensive designs like mounting machine guns, lasers, force fields, rockets and even cars the become invisible! For sure this is another hit for car lovers, but be warned that it contains a lot of violent scenes, much like its first version.

The movie is slated to be shown on August 22nd, 2008.
