I've been looking for a car to use while I'm staying here in Cebu since I arrived here. It's a pain in the ass commuting everyday and adding more expenses to me day by day. I'm not staying here for long so what I need is just a simple car, an old car maybe but with still usable and functional parts of course. But because of my busy schedule, I wasn't able to find one. Now that I only have few remaining weeks here, my friend came to me and offered if I wanted a car. Lol, I need it before but not anymore, but Still I went to have a look at it.
The car is a black 2003 Toyota Camry. It was beautiful. You wouldn't think its actually a used and a bit of an old car. The gears are all shiny and still functional, after all 2003 is not that 'old', though its a bit late and out of fashion. But who care, its still a Camry.
The regular price of a new model of Camry ranges from Php1.5M to Php2M from car sellers but would cost you around Php2.3M buying it from its real distributor. That Camry they were selling me, considering its model year and adding to the fact that its a used car, cost only Php750 thousand. Whoa, I was shocked at the price.Its pretty cheap. It also comes with airbags, extra tires, 6 months warranty repair, and a lot more of offers.
With those eye candys and offers, I would really go for it. But I can't, because I won't stay here for long and its a hassle shipping it from Cebu to Manila and having it registered again. And besides, I'm saving my money for a business. Haha
When I am back to Manila, I will update you of my quest to buy a new car. Haha, I hope I can find a good one.
