Site offers cheap car leasing and van leases for 2 and 3 year contracts

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Needed to expand the business beyond the physical limitations of traditional media

How did you decide on a name for your website?

took the name of the site from the business name

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

we offer great personal service and fantastic prices

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Get the brand recognised as one of the market leaders in the uk

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

since the site is relatively new, there is a lot of work involved to get the name of the site around

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Add more vehicles to the site, completely swamp the competition with PPC advertising, better photography

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

cost for setting up the site was larger than expected

What has been your biggest challenge?

To get the site launched on schedule. it was 2 days late launching

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

local newspapers so far.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

its involved a lot more planning and testing than was expected

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

less than 6 months. Will keep my involvement with the site even if we need to outsource some aspects of it

Where do you think you will be in 5 years time

Hopefully on page 1 of the major search engines, and with a villa in a sunny country
