I guess trusting one of my good friends was a mistake. I learned that the hard way last night. Let me start from the beginning. The other day I was pulled over by our local police. I got pulled over because my inspection sticker was expired.
I had two of my friends with me at the time, Donald and Cody. The cops who pulled me over were really ignorant to me. In the end they write me out a ticket and gave me one hour to find a tow to get my car out of the parking lot they pulled me over in. I was just a few blocks from my friends house. I couldn't drive the car because the police took my license plates. After I went home I went back to my car to try and get it home without someone seeing me. After a few attempts of going back to see the cops waiting, I finally got it home.
I was really upset about the whole situation. First off, I can't really afford to pay for my ticket. Second, now I have all this work that needs to be done on my car so it will pass inspection. Don't really have the money for that either. My friends knew that I was upset so they would try to make me feel better by joking with me and stuff. I was glad to have friends like them. Then I find out Cody steals my CD player out of my car!
What happened was Donald let me park my car at his house over night so I could fix it in the morning. During that time Cody went over to his house, went his neighbors house, and told him he was gonna steal the CD player out of my car. My neighbor watched him go outside, break in to my car, and steal my CD player! That is so wrong!
The only reason I found out about this was because my neighbor is also one of my good friends. When I went to Donald's house he told me all about as soon as he saw me. I haven't confronted him yet, but I plan to tonight. Be careful on who you trust.
