What inspired you to launch your own website?

I have been a mechanic for over 45 years and I know what it's like to buy a car or have someone else do work on something I own. Over the years, I realized not everybody knows what to look for in buying a vehicle. I have the knowlege and decided to help those people that need good advice and help with their decisions when it comes to buying, selling or having repairs done on their vehicles. I like to help peple

I launched my current web site around one year ago and it deals with the buying, selling of vehicles, car inspections, and advice on repairs

How did you decide on a name for your website?

My family helped me pick out the current name, becuse it covers the colorado area and mountains. It has a good meaning.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

It's different, becuase of who I am. I will give honest advice and won't take advantage of people. If I don't have the answer, I will tell people that.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To help people those that are less fortunate

At this point I have more money invested then I'm making.

I wouldn't change, I like who I am and what I stand for

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

No, but I would take what ever steps nessary to deal with the change

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

running into promoting my web site and getting the word out to the people. The cost is so exspensive to run ads.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Advertizing

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Word of mouth from the people that I have done work for

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It has been somwhat hard not to see more results

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

It's been one year and I plan on continueing

Honesty and fair prices
