My friend this evening came to me in a rush mode while I was eating and repeatedly saying "Remember that red car? That red car... that red car in the movie... that red 3D animated car? ... " Annoyed, I cut his gibberish uttering and ask "What the hell is about that red car!?". He calmly answered, "Nothing, I just want to know what kind of car is that red car in the movie." I was completely giggling in annoyance that I almost wanted to hit him. Instead, I told him to go back to his house and I'll just inform him what car that really is in the morning. By the way, the red car he is talking about is the sports cars in the animated film "The Cars" by Pixar that we saw over three weeks ago in DVD. This video will let you peek at some of the car characters in the movie while listening to some good music by the Rascal Flatts, "Life Is A Highway", originally by Tom Cochrane.
There were plenty of cars used in the film. The lead role is a red car (that my friend is talking about) whose name is Lightning Mcqueen. He is actually a 1967 Ford GT40 sports car. The next character, the apple of the windshield-eye of McQueen, is named Chick Chick, who looked like an 80's version of a Buick Regal. A semi rival in the story is named The King, a beautiful 70's Plymouth Superbird. I really am amazed by how that car looks in real form. It was a beauty.
There were also other car models in the movie like a Fiat 500, a Chevrolet Impala, Mercury Coupe, a Hudson Hornet and even the big Mack Super-Liner!
Well I guess you have to see the movie. It was fun watching it, especially now that you know what are the model of some of those cars are. As for my friend, he will have to sleep first before he acquire this information ha ha!
