"Gotham City is under siege. We need some help. Light the bat-signal!" Ah! Batman. Probably one of my most favorite superhero. Who would not admire Batman, or should I say Bruce Wayne? He's the only superhero I loved that comes without superpowers at all. And he just look so good to me, except if ever McCain does Hulk, Obama for The Flash and Clinton for Wonder Woman came true. I would definitely loved them over Batman. Last night I was able to see the newest interpretation of Batman on the big screen. This time, it was Christian Bale who portrayed the role. And of course, the Batmobile and the Batman Bike ruled the road. They looked pretty good with their new look.
As usual, non-stop action and superb used of the Batmobile in chasing and fighting with the enemies. This year's Bat Mobile is just magnificent. Who could have thought it can still become more beautiful? I mean, it was all in it's glorious look a few years back and I really thought it was the best car ever designed and now they are giving me a better one. That's just superb. I hope the next Batmobile will be better. I also loved the short cameo of the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640.
I also liked the new Batman Bike. It's so cool and really fantastic. I'm just wondering if Batman do need a driver's license. He drives really fast. There's so much of the over speeding behavior in him.
Although the whole movie was generally fair enough, I will not be good reviewing some of the actors. First and foremost, I find Christian Bale not worthy for the big role. I'm not saying I am the one who is supposed to be there, but I think someone else can give the role more justice. He's good, but not that good. And for peace's sake, why on earth did they put Maggie Gyllenhaal as Rachel Dawes? I mean, she's a good actress and she's superb but for that role? She looked so old for that. I can't believe they replaced her for Katie Holmes.
But what I would like to commend is how Heath Ledger portrayed Joker. That is definitely the best personification of Joker, among all the Batman films. That was one quite good acting. I believe he's still doing some acting workshop there in the Heavens. He was absolutely born to be on the screen. God bless his soul. And Aaron Eckhart did an amazing job as well playing Harvey Dent and Two-Faced.
Oh boy! I can't for the next sequel.
