I AM TRYING TO FIND DETAILS OF A PARTICULAR

STUDEBAKER '' SALOON '' CAR WHICH I CAN BRIEFLY REMEMBER A FEW POINTS OF AS FOLLOWS.

A VERY LARGE FULLY BUILT IN SALOON WHICH MY

UNCLE TOOK DELIVERY OF '' NEW'' IN CHRISTCHURCH N Z. IN 1929. AS IT HAD EXTRA

FOLD DOWN SEATS IT COULD SEAT EIGHT PERSONS

WITH EASE. I THINK IT WAS A ''PRESIDENT''

THE ONLY 1929 MODEL SALOON I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND A PHOTO OF HAD A RE-TRACTABLE TOP ??

THIS IS NOT THE ONE--IF POSSIBLE AND NOT WRECKED I WOULD LIKE TO LOCATE THE ACTUAL

VEHICLE MY UNCLE PURCHASED. HIS SURNAME WAS

TOUP-NICOLAS. IF FOUND I COULD BE INTERESTED IN BUYING IT.---ANY RELATIVE ASSISTANCE REGARDING THIS VEHICLE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

hi, email me with your email and I will respond with a photo of my 1929 president 8...the president 8 came in a touring or open model, a sedan and a limo as well as the roadster and victoria...they had either dual side mounted spares or a rear mounted spare tire
