McLaren For A $4 Million Auction

By Sam Heisin at 10/30/08 22:44

In 1992, when McLaren Automotive decided to create the McLaren, the world already new the car will make history. And it just happened. When 1994 comes, the McLaren F1 became the fastest car in the world.

Not only did McLaren becmae the fastest in the world that time, it also held the title for the longest time from 1994 to 2005 of which only three cars has surpassed its speed, the Koenigsegg CCR, Bugatti Veyron and the SSC Ultimate Aero TT. However, the McLaren F1 still maintains the title of the fastest naturally-aspirated car in the world. This means all of the three cars that is faster than the McLaren either has a turbocharger or a supercharger.

There are only 107 McLaren F1 in the world. With this very limited number, it maintained a high following among car enthusiast. Even though there are only 107, there are 8 service centers around the globe. On some cases, the company might send an expert to personally look on your car, or you can also send the car itself to the company if major car repair is badly needed. I think this is what you get for paying US$970,000. Just do the computations of how much it cost now.

Now, a 1997 McLaren F1 is now being auctioned for a whopping price of $4 Million! The price got more than 4 times its based price. Well, who wouldn't want a car that beautiful that's got good title record in it?

LEARN HOW TO SPELL. That, and your sentances need to be grammatically correct. The F1 has NEITHER a supercharger or turbos, not either. Doofus.
